Here's how it works:
You can only spend points on things in your battlegroup or warpack. If your caster comes with an attachment (a.k.a. Morty, Witch Coven) you can play them because you aren't spending points on the attachments.
35pts. Two list required. Divide and Conquer. Remember, character restricted.
