Clue's Getting a Facelift

Sixty years on, Hasbro's giving board game classic Clue a makeover. Colonel Mustard's become a football player and Professor Plum is now a dot-com billionaire. There are new rooms and weapons in the mansion as well, like the spa and a baseball bat.

There seems to be a timing mechanic, too:
And the company added an element of suspense with a second deck of cards.

"A board game is basically a story that you're telling around the table together. In this case, it's a murder mystery," [game designer Rob] Daviau says. "So what's the pacing? How nervous should you be? How much time do people have? Because we know that people have less time now than they did before."

Clue's long had a sentimental place in my heart. I am interested to see how this revision has been received by both hobby enthusiasts and more casual board game players. The users at Boardgamegeek are never shy about their opinions: http://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/37589
