Pre-Registration For Tournaments

Postby EmperorsWrath » Thu Feb 03, 2011 11:44 am

Quarterstaff's pre-registration policy for Games Workshop gaming events is now as follows:

Up to sixteen players will be allowed to pre-register for any Quarterstaff tournament / event.
Up to four additional players will be allowed to sign up as alternates with no pre-registration fee collected.
Players must arrive at or before the registration time defined in the event details thread in this forum for any given event.
A player who fails to arrive by the end of registration will be disqualified from that event with no event fee refund and the first alternate player will be provided with the opportunity to pay and enter the event.

Rules for no call / no show pre-registrants:
"No call / no show" is defined as a player who has pre-registered for a Quarterstaff tournament / event and fails to notify Quarterstaff in advance of their inability to attend.
A no call / no show player will not be allowed to pre-register for the next following event.
A no call / no show player will not be refunded any tournament entry fees.
Two no call / no show occurrences will result in that player being banned from Quarterstaff events permanently.
