I haven't played against the new Necrons yet. But of coarse I'd be willing to throw down in a game or two to check them out.

Cool. Money permitting I may have more than 1000 points built. Depends.. Green rods will be missing. Need to get more platemail spray.. going to call the store today and see if they can order me some. I really dig the fluff on these guys. I have been reading it day to day and it is really cool. Basically the necrons teamed up with the C'tan to kill off the "old ones" they took control of a web way gate and then one of the C'tan taught them how to use it. The necrons then destroyed the C'tan and enslaved shards of their body in living metal in return for tricking the Necrontyr into immortal life as machines... They then took over control of pretty much everything. Its kinda cool.. Also the stories of how the different necrons were created and why they are different.
